Italian Lake � 3 mile or 6 mile

Over 30 runners turned out for today�s runner�s choice of a 3-mile or 6-mile run, even though temperatures were in the mid-20s. It was actually a great day for a run with clear skies and little wind.  There were several new people, as well as others who had not been to a Sunday run for a while.  I hope that everyone enjoyed the camaraderie and continues to turn out and bring their friends.

It was a great day for the women, as women won both races.  Becki McClintock finished first in the 3-miler at 18:02.  Mike Rebuck was the first male finisher.  Gene Gignac followed closely behind. 

Newcomer Kelli Dworak finished first overall in the 6-mile at a respectable time of 38:38 while Jonathon Zook, also a newcomer,  was first for the men at 42:42.
